How can I track my orders?
To follow the progress of the delivery of your order, simply login to our website and access the "My Orders" tab. In this space, you have access to the tracking code of your purchase.
Up to three delivery attempts are made: in the absence of the recipient or a person responsible for receipt, the product will return to us.

What is an encrypted account?
Encryption is a set of techniques designed to protect information, so that only the sender and the receiver can access the information available. By using the encrypted purchase method, Kesso guarantees the security and privacy of your information, preventing fraud.

How do I exchange a product?
You have up to thirty calendar days after receiving your order to request an exchange. Pay attention to the rules:

- Send all items of the exchange request;
- Return the product in its original packaging;
- The product must not contain marks of use;
- The product must have the tags intact;
- The product must be sent together with the invoice;

 

If the rules are not met, the items in the exchange request will not be collected by the carrier or returned to you.

To request an exchange, go to "Login", click on "Exchanges and Returns" and, after choosing the item you want to exchange. You will receive an email with instructions.
